   d. Carefully package the item(s) in its original packaging, including any accessories or documents that came with it.
   e. Send the package back to us using the provided return shipping label (if applicable).
   f. Once the returned item(s) are received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange as per your request.
3. Refund/Exchange Guidelines:
   - Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
   - Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where a wrong or defective item was received.
   - Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is not available, we will provide you with alternatives or issue a refund.
   - All returned items must be in their original condition, with no signs of wear or damage, and all tags and labels intact.
   - Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise specified by our customer service team.

   In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service immediately. We may request photographic evidence of the damage to expedite the return/exchange process.
